Construction
This planning information will help keep you, your employees, guests and customers aware of construction schedules, utilities installation, paving, traffic flow and any other impacts on the immediate area during the construction of The Chateau at Heavenly Village (formerly known as Project 3). The Preview Sales Center will be operational as of June 29. The Building was previously known as Lakeside Landing and has been remodeled.
Work that will impact traffic is scheduled for the pre-summer, or the less busy season, to reduce impact on businesses throughout the area. Access to all businesses will be available at all times.
The developer is making every effort to complete all work as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy the improvements!
Underground Utility Installation Information
Construction on Cedar Ave. will begin in May 2007 to enable underground utility installation, including water supply, sewage, fire flows, electricity, gas, telephone and cable television. Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday until completion scheduled for July 2.
Parking
During this time, please encourage your customers and guests to use the alternate route. Construction workers will park off-site.
A short-term, on-site parking area will be available for inspectors, supply and material delivery and others.
