We were told building would be continued in April--it is now May and it looks like nothing is going on.
construction stopped?
After completing the excavation and foundation phase in late December, The Chateau at Heavenly Village construction is ahead of schedule. City permits for the rest of the project are ready to be issued with next steps including finalization of pricing details with contractors and a decision on various funding options.

Can you tell me why construction has stopped on the project and when it will begin again? did the contractors dig to deep into the water table line?
Pricing and house rules....
We will open for reservations on December 3. If you are interested in making a reservation, please contact a property specialist at 1-866-422-0919. Studio suites will start just under $500,000. We don't know yet whether dogs will be allowed at the Chateau. Every effort will be made to ensure that owners (and if at all possible, their pets) will have an exceptional experience every time they stay.
Pricing and house rules....
When will pricing/sales open for the proposed lodging projects? Any idea what ranges they are talking about? Also we are a family with a dog and love taking her to Tahoe....We would only consider a pet friendly environment. Are their pets allowed in the full ownership condos proposed?
